2 slightly-rounded tsps baking soda
4 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 c buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add dry ingredients; mix. Add buttermilk and mix. Let stand for a few minutes. If the batter is too thick, add a little more buttermilk or milk. Drop batter onto a heated, lightly-oiled pan or griddle. When bubbles appear and start to pop, flip the pancake over until lightly browned.
