3 Eggs
2 C. Sugar (or 1 C. Sugar and 1 C. Stevia)
1 C. Butter, room temperature
1/2 tsp Salt
8oz Sour Cream
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
4½ C. Flour
colored sugar sprinkles
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar and butter together.
Add vanilla and eggs, beat until smooth
Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mix well
Alternate adding portions of sour cream and flour and beat with each addition
Drop cookie dough onto cookie sheet at desired size and add colored sugar sprinkles Bake til edges are slightly brown, approximately 10-14 minutes
