1 cup of milk

7/8 cup of all purpose four (just take a very small amount of flour off the top to make 7/8 cup of flour)

1 Tablespoon of oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, flour, oil, and salt

Beat on high for one minute

Add eggs one at a time beating 20 seconds after each egg

Grease well cupcake pan

Fill each cup 3/4 full

Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes or until puffed and golden brown

Remove from oven and let stand a few minutes, then remove from the pan
