5 lb. red potatoes
1 lg. onion- diced
½ stalk celery, diced
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 C real mayo
1 C miracle whip
½ C sour cream
⅛ C mustard
dash of Lawry's seasoning
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Scrub potatoes, boil until skins split, let cool, peel and cube.

2. Boil eggs. Let cool, peel and chop. Slice 1 egg for the topping later (optional).

3. Gently mix potatoes, onion, celery and eggs in a large bowl.

4. In a small bowl, mix thoroughly- Mayo, Miracle Whip, sour cream, mustard and seasonings.

5. Combine all ingredients and mix gently to prevent breaking up potatoes.

6. Chill at least 2-3 hours. Top with sliced eggs.
