Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. chopped meat
1 tsp. parsley
3 cloves minced garlic
10 stale rolls, moistened in water
3 handfuls of grated parmesean cheese
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Few good shakes of garlic powder
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the meat, parsley, garlic, garlic powder, grated cheese, salt, pepper and eggs.
Wring out the bread and slowley incorporate it into the meat mixture. If it appears too gooey you can add dry bread crumbs. If it appears too lean add more of the moistened bread.
To see if the mixture is right, first smell it. You should be able to smell the garlic and parmesean cheese evenly. You can make a small meatball to try first. Once you think it is right start to make your meatballs. Brown them in a shallow pan and finish off in a pot of sauce.
*Add a little oil to a small bowl and use this to keep your hands from sticking to the meat while rolling into balls.

Personal Notes:
Never use olive oil to fry the meatballs. Since grandma never had a real recipe written down, we tried to make one by watching what she did so you may have to make adjustments. Time and practice makes perfection!
