1 cup butter
¾ cup white sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups quick oatmeal
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
1 small instant vanilla pudding
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup pecans
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugars. Add eggs & vanilla. Gradually add all remaining dry ingredients, then add pecans & chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful (1 tablespoon size), press down with fork dipped in sugar and cook at 375 degrees for 8 / 9 minutes.
