LOIS BRIDGEFORD BREAD RECIPE

2 T. Yeast
3 tsp. Sugar
1 Cup very warm water
Let rise until foamy

3 1/2 C. water
2 Hand full of Raisins
2 T. Salt
4 T. Oil
2-3 T. Molasses
Flax (ground up)
BLEND

Put in:
1 C each flour:
• Rye
• Barley
• Oats

3 Cups Wheat

Let rise 2 x size (2 hours)

Put in pans - Let rise

COOK 350 degrees
TIME; 26 minutes
