slabs of ribs (as many as you want as the sauce makes a ton)
6 cups catchup
6 ts Worcestershire
¼ tsp dry mustard
6 ts lemon juice
6 ts brown sugar
6 cups water
dash pepper
chopped onion
butter

Directions:
bake ribs in the oven (she didn't give me time or degree) I am sure you can figure it out.
while the ribs are baking mix all the ingredients in a large stock pot and simmer covered.
when ribs are done cut and put them in the sauce and let them simmer longer until the meat is tender.

she puts small canned white potatoes in the sauce and has sauerkraut on the side. It must be an Italian thing.
