2 cups Butter, softened
1 cup Powdered Sugar + 2 cups for dusting
½ tsp Salt
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
4½ cups Flour
2 cups Pecans, chopped
½ cup Peppermint, finely crushed (optional, for dusting)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. In a mixer, cream the butter and powdered sugar. Turn to low and mix in salt, vanilla, flour, and pecans
3. Roll into 1" balls. Place on parchment covered sheet and bake for 11 minutes
4. Dust with peppermint and powdered sugar if preferred
