Sweet potatoes
Brown sugar
Butter
Cinnamon
Orange or Pineapple juice
Large marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
The night before, boil unpeeled sweet potatoes until fork tender. Drain water. Leave in pan & set out in garage or cool place overnight. Next morning, peel gently and slice. Place in baking dish. Cover with brown sugar. Add pats of butter, sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour in orange or pineapple juice (about ½ in in bottom of pan). Place large marshmallows over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350º F until marshmallows are melted and browned. Enjoy!
