Cake:
2 eggs
3/4c sugar
1c milk
1/4c oil
2c flour
1tsp salt
4tsp baking powder

Topping:
4tsp cinnamon
4tbsp flour
4tbsp melted butter
1c chopped nuts (I recommend pecans)
1c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Combine eggs, sugar, milk and oil. Add flour sifted with salt and baking powder.

Mix well and pour into greased and floured (or use baking spray) 9X13 pan.

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top.

Bake in oven at 375º for 20-25 min

Serve hot from the oven with a large pat of butter on top to melt
