1lb grated carrots
1 can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
1 box lime Jell-O
2c boiling water
2c ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jell-O with boiling water, stirring till dissolved.

Add in ice cubes and reserved juice, stirring till Jell-O starts to thicken

Add in grated carrots and crushed pineapple

Place in refrigerator for 4 hours till set to the touch

Although I never prepared this dish for the Wagner family, it is a quintessential 1960-1970 side dish that was served at every Sunday supper in our house that included pot roast. Most of us kids didn't care for it until Ron Austin topped his serving with Miracle Whip and we all followed suit.
