Brine:
2qt water
1c salt
1qt vinegar

Pickles:
#2 or #3 size pickling cucumbers (whole, sliced or quartered)
2-3 whole cloves garlic
1-2 slices jalapeno (adjust for your heat tolerance)
2-4 slices from medium onion
1tbsp fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Bring brine liquid to a boil on the stove

Pack jars with prepared cucumbers

Insert a metal butter knife into the center of each jar and pour boiling brine liquid over cucumbers.

Seal VERY tightly right away with brand new hot lids & clean rings. Do NOT move jars for 2 weeks
