4 medium sweet potatoes, cooked
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Half sweet potatoes length wise and scoop out each half in one piece (or as best as you can).
Place in a greased baking dish.
Combine sugars, water and butter in small saucepan and bring to boiling point.
Pour over potatoes and bake in oven at 400 for 20 minutes.
Baste several times with sauce in baking dish while cooking.

I make this every time I bake a ham for the holidays. It goes so well with ham. If you are not a fan of sweet potatoes you need to try this recipe.
