1 loaf frozen bread dough
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. pepper
2 tsp. oil
½ lb. pepperoni slices
12 oz. provolone cheese or mozzarella.
1 can mushrooms
Egg white

Can also use green pepper, onion, etc. I also use ½ lb. baked ham diced.

Thaw bread and spread on jelly roll pan. Mix next ingredients. Toss thru and spread on dough like butter. Cover with pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms, salami, baked ham, etc. roll like jelly roll and pinch seams down and brush with egg white. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
