2 pies
3 cups canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
2.5 tsp cinnamon
4 teas molasses
6 eggs, beaten lightly
1.3 cups milk
2 cans evaporative milk

Directions:
Directions:
Make pie crusts- 2 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup Crisco
8 Tbs. ice cold water
Pie crust:
Combine flour and salt
Cut in Crisco (shortening) into flour mix with a pastry blender to small uniform pea-size pieces.
Sprinkle with cold water and blend.
Roll out dough on floured space to pie pan size.
Place dough in pie pan, crimp crust.

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees

Brush surface of pie crust with butter
Combine pumpkin with sugar, salt, spices, and molasses.
Beat eggs, add milk & evaporative milk combine throughly with pumpkin mixture. for into chilled unbaked crusts. Place on lowest shelf of a 450 degree oven then reduce to 350 for 50-55 minutes
