7 cups of thinly sliced unpeeled cucumbers
2 medium onions slices or chopped
1 green pepper
Celery seed (optional)
2 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar, vinegar and salt until blended. Cool.
Pour mixture over cucumbers and remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Pack in freezer bags or freezer boxes/containers.
