1/2 lb butter
6 Tbs powdered sugar
2 cups sifted all purpose flour
2 cups pecans finely chopped or ground
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbs water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream flour and butter. Add the other ingredients, With a spoon, take up walnut sized pieces and foll between hands then back and forth on counter with one hand to form finger shape.

Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes ntil very lightly colored. cool enough to roll in more powdered sugar.
