1. 5 Chicken Legs /with skin
2. 3 big glasses of water
3. 1 Yellow Onion Chopped
4. Carrots cut into small pieces
5. Celery Leaves
6. 2 Chicken Boullion (add more or less to taste)
7. Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring chicken legs, water and onion to a boil.
2. Remove shom (tan stuff that floats to the top of the water.
3. Add carrots, celery leaves, and boullion.
4. Bring to another boil. Then reduce heat to low.
5. Simmer for an hour.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.

7. Take chicken legs out of the soup. Throw away chicken skin. Break chicken into pieces.
8. Stain soup into large container.
9. Store chicken, carrots, onion, and celery separately.

Grandma Henny and Harriet always made this whenever we were sick. We called it Jewish Penicillin. It always made us better or at least we thought it did because it was made with so much LOVE!
