"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
LOAVES:
•Ground Ham (we usually use what's leftover from a baked ham)
•1 slice bread (no seeds/nuts)
•Chopped onion (proportionate to amount of ham)
•1 egg
May need more of added ingredients if lg. amt. of ham is used.

SAUCE:
Equal parts apple cider vinegar, sugar, water & a dab or dollop of yellow mustard. Can also heat in saucepan over low heat to mix well. No measurements were given.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

LOAVES:
•Use meat grinder or food processor to grind ham.
•Tear bread into very small pieces or use processor.
•Beat egg w/ fork.
•Chop onion into fine pieces
•Mix everything well.
•Form into individual loaves.
•Put in greased GLASS casserole dish.

SAUCE:
•Combine ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until well blended.
•Pour sauce over loaves.
*You want to make sure you have PLENTY of sauce (saturated w/ lots left in the dish), so you might need to keep making more sauce. While baking, continue to keep basting sauce over loaves. You can also poke holes w/ toothpicks for loaves to absorb more sauce.
•Bake 45 minutes.
****Usually makes 4-6, depending on the amount of ham.
