3/4 C SUGAR 1/4 t BAKING POWDER
1 EGG 1 t ALMOND FLAVORING
2 1/4 C (OR LESS) FLOUR GREEN FOOD COLORING

CREAM SHORTENING. ADD SUGAR GRADUALLY. ADD IN BEATEN EGG. ADD SIFTED DRY INGREDIENTS. ADD COLOR. MIX WELL.

FILL PRESS (OBVIOUSLY USING A CHRISTMAS TREE INSERT)
PUT ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET.

BAKE AT 350 FOR 10 MINUTES
COOL SLIGHTLY BEFORE REMOVING FROM COOKIE SHEET
