Ingredients:  
1 large head of cabbage (or bag of slaw mix) shredded
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
3-4 green onions, chopped
1 c. sugar

Dressing
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. sugar
¾ c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all chopped vegetables with sugar and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Mix dressing ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat until sugar is dissolved then pour warm dressing over slaw mix. Refrigerate overnight.
