4 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 Quart of milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place milk into double boiler.
While heating milk, put cornstarch, sugar, eggs and salt into a bowl.
After mixing ingredients around, pour a little milk into the mixture.
Beat with eggs beaters.
Before milk gets too hot, add this mixture. Stir until thick.
Put cold water into bottom of double boiler and plunge pot containing mixture into cold water.
Then add 1 tsp vanilla-mix well.

This is a delicious vanilla pudding. It tastes best warm, but you can serve cold with strawberries or blueberries in sauce.
