*whole turkey
*salt, lots of it
*1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Peel skin back on the turkey. Add a lot of salt and 1/2 stick of butter for each side under the skin. Put skin back over the turkey. Salt outside of turkey. Cook in roasting pan for 1hr for each lb.
