4 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Oil
1 (15 oz) can Pumpkin (2 cups)
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp each: Nutmeg, Ginger, Cloves
1 cup Walnuts (optional)
1 cup Raisins (optional)

Frosting:
1 (3 oz) pkg Cream Cheese
¾ stick Butter
1 Tbsp Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
Dash of Salt
2 - 3 cups Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bars: Beat eggs. Stir in sugar, oil & pumpkin.
Stir together flour, soda, baking powder, salt & spices. Add to bowl.
Mix well. Add nuts and raisins if desired.
Pour into greased and floured large cookie sheet. (Jelly roll size)
Bake at 350º for 20 - 25 minutes.
Cool.

Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting when cool.

Frosting: Blend all ingredients except sugar until smooth.
Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth and desired consistency.
