1c unsweetened applesauce
1 can of pumpkin 29 oz
2 eggs
1 c butter softened not melted
3c brown sugar
5 c flour
1tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tblsp baking powder
1 tblsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp clove
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla
1 bag chocolate chips

Mix applesauce, pumpkin, butter, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla together in a stand mixer. Mix well. In a separate bowl combine flour, sods, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, nutmeg. Mix dry ingredients together and then add them to the wet ingredients one cup at a time. Mix on low until the flour is well incorporated. Add chocolate chips mix until everything is combinded. I use a small cookie scoop.Bake 2 400 for 8-12 min.
