4 apples (peeled and sliced very thin)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1tsp.salt
2tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
2 eggs
1cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix apples with sugar, flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.

2. Add vanilla, oil, and eggs.

3. Add nuts.

4. Put mixture into greased casserole dish.

5. Bake 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

6. Let cool over night.
