1 1/2 cups coconut oil
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tspn vanilla
3 cups rolled oats
2 cups oat flour
2 tspn baking powder
1 tspn salt
1/3 cup dried cherries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream oil and peanut butter; add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Combine oats, flour, baking powder and salt. Add oat mixture to creamed mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
