1 cup butter, softened
1 cup oil
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs
Cream butter and oil and then slowly add sugars, eggs and extracts. Cream until fluffy. Then add 1 tsp. baking soda, 4 cups flour, 1 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 tsp. salt. Chill dough in freezer for about an hour. Roll out small amounts of dough at a time. Dough is sticky, use spatula to lift off of counter.

Bake at 350 º for 8-10 mins.
