1 lbs. Ground Pork
1 lbs. Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
1/2 Cup Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Raisins
1 1/2 Cups Diced Apples (Red Delicious Apples)
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
4 Slices Toasted Bread (cubed)
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Sugar
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown Pork and Beef together saving as much of the broth as possible while browning.
2. Add all other ingredients to browned meat and use a large double boiler to cook the stuffing until the vegetables and apples are tender.

Notes:

1. Stir occasionally and make sure the water does not boil away, damaging the pot.

Best to make the night before. Let cool, then place in refrigerator over night to allow sugars to gel.
Recommended to reheat with double boiler but stove top will work as well.
