Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger
11/4 c. Water
1 pkg. Spaghetti sauce mix
6 oz. Tomato paste
1 1/2 c. Elbow macaroni noodles
6 oz. Cream cheese

Cook hamburger until Brown, add paste, water and sauce packet. Bring to a boil, add noodles. Cook until noodles are soft about 7-10 minutes. Add cream cheese and mix in till melted well, serve
