1 lb. (16-20 count) shrimp, head and shell on
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tbsp. chile poweder
1 1/2 tbsp. smoked papika
1 tbsp. light brown sugar
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. of kosher salt
½ cup shrimp of fish stock
4 scallions
2-3 tbsp. butter

Directions:

Rinse shrimp and toss with marinade ingredients. Refrigerate and let marinate at least 2 hours.

Heat lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, black pepper and shrimp or fish stock in a large skillet or pot. When shrimp are cooked, stir in butterand scallions, just long enough to melt it, as cooking the butter too long will cause the sauce to break.

Serve immediately with good bread for sopping up the sauce.
