VALENTINE GRAMS

At the elementary school where I taught, we used to have Valentine grams to raise money for the PTA. The Valentine grams were usually suckers or Smarties®. I liked to buy each child in my class one, to surprise them on Valentine's Day, since many children wouldn't receive one from anyone otherwise.

I think this recipe is a clever play on Valentine grams. In this case, they are Valentine "grahams"! --Teej
