1 ½ cups Peanut Butter
½ cup Butter
4 ½ cups Oatmeal – quick cooking
1 cup Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
3 Eggs
1 cup M & M’s
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream peanut butter, butter, and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine oats and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chips and M & M’s. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 350 º for 12-14 minutes or until edges are browned.

Let stand on cookie sheets for about 5 minutes before moving to cooling racks.
This recipe does not contain flour.

Note: I use a cookie scoop and press down a little before baking.
