Pastry shell:

4-6 tart apples
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Topping
½ cup sugar
¾ cup flour
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Use Mom’s Oil Pie Crust recipe (unbaked) for pastry shell.
Dice apples. Combine sugar and cinnamon with apples. Stir in lemon juice and place in lined pie plate.

For topping mix sugar and flour. Grate butter. Mix to crumble. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake 450 º for 5 minutes, reduce to 350 º for 40 minutes.
