1-2 medium, overly ripe (black) bananas, mashed
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
½ tbsp honey
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup almond flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp kosher salt
Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, stir together the mashed bananas, coconut oil, honey, egg, and vanilla. Add the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and mix until combined. Pour the batter into a coffee mug, microwave for 1 minute and 40 seconds. Eat warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.

Takes 5 minutes to prep and cook. Amazing flavor, perfect treat if you want something warm and yummy. Does not have to be served a la mode, but truly SHOULD BE.
