1 large bag broccoli & cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables as directed & drain well. Mix together soup, mayonnaise & eggs. Add shredded cheese. Mix well. Add vegetables. Mix well. Place in a greased casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers & mix with 1/2 c. melted butter. Top casserole with crushed Ritz crackers mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
