Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups of Gluten Free Baking Flour (Bob's Red Mill is Recommended)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups chocolate chips (jumbo recommended, obviously)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375º. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture and beat until well-blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll dough into balls (2 tbsp each) and place them roughly 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 11-13 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely. This will make roughly 3-dozen cookies.

Personal Notes:
This is the perfect recipe for any cookie butts out there who find themselves restricted on what cookies they can eat due to the overwhelming popularity of gluten and nut-filled options. If you want to add nuts to this recipe, you may, but I'd first like to ask, how dare you? This recipe is so good, Bob's Red Mill Flour even put it on the back of their packaging. Incredible.
