6 egg yolks
12 Tbsp. Milnot milk
1 tsp. of salt
1½ to 2 cups of flour
Butter
(For large groups, dble or triple recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg yolks, Milnot and salt in mixing bowl. Gradually add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Don't use a mixer to blend. Use your hands (keep moist) or fork to mix.
Roll dough to very thin thickness on floured waxed paper. Let dry preferably on drying rack. Cut thin strips with a knife or use a pasta machine. Refrigerate or freeze noodles until ready to cook.

The broth should have a bold flavor or the noodles will be bland. Use both chicken and vegetable broth or chicken base. Add butter, salt and pepper and any other seasonings you like. After transferring to a serving dish, add butter on top, salt and pepper to taste and stir gently.
