12 oz Almond Paste
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup confectionary sugar
4 egg whites
1/2 cup pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Line 2 cookie sheets with foil (lightly grease)
Mix paste and sugar together until smooth
Add confectionary sugar and 2 egg whites until smooth
In a separate bowl, wisk the remaining 2 egg whites until flufffy
Lightly flour hands and roll dough into 1 inch balls
Coat with egg whites then roll in pine nuts
Press lightly
Bake 1 cookie sheet at a time 15-18 minutes @ 350

Let stand for 1 minute before transfering to cooling rack
