6 eggs
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 cup of oil
1 tsp. baking powder
Anise or vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together then add anise or vanilla extract to taste (start with 1 tsp.).

Heat the pizzelle iron.

Spoon 1 tbsp. at a time onto iron and press for approximately 30 seconds.

Test the first one for doneness and estimated time needed for each to be cooked form then on,

Pizzelle should be golden and crispy.
