2 C. Water
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 C. Butter
3/4 C. Milk
2. C. Potato Flakes
2 C. Cheedar Cheese
5-6 Slice Bacon, crumbled
1 C. Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. Dried Chives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine water, salt, butter and milk in saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and stir in potato flakes. Reserve 1/2 C. cheese and add remaining cheese, bacon, sour cream, and chives. Mix well and spoon into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º for 20-25 min. until lightly browned.
