2 Good Sized Medium Potatoes,cubed and cooked until tender in 3 qts. water (save water)
2 Sliced Medium Onions,btowned in olive oil

Dough:
1-1/2 C. Flour
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough together and add potatoes and onions. Add water a little at a time- no more than 1/3 - 1/2 C. Mix well. Drop by tablespoons into potato water for about 7-8 minutes. Use slotted spoon to remove.
