1 15.25 oz box vanilla cake mix
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 C butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1.3 oz freeze dried raspberries
1/2 C white chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In medium bowl, combine cake mix, cream cheese, butter, egg, and vanilla. Add freeze dried raspberries and white chocolate chips. Stir by hand into until combined.

Drop by heaping tablespoons onto baking sheet. Using bottom of glass, gently press each cookie. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are set, they will appear to be a little under cooked.

Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes then transfer to cookie rack to cool completely.
