Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
4 Tablespoons cocoa
4 eggs (reserve whites)
1/2 stick margarine melted
1 large can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and set aside the whites. Beat the egg yolks really well and then add milk and vanilla, mixing well. Combine wet and dry ingredients together and pour into a deep pie shell. Cook 50 minutes to an hour removing when pie is set (jiggles slightly when shaken)

MERINGUE: Beat egg whites until stiff; then add 1/4 cup sugar to finish. I always like adding a splash of vanilla while beating. Put on pie sealing edges and bake until brown. (this is totally up to you as to how brown you want them)
