2 lbs. beef stew meat
16 oz. tub sour cream(can be fat free)
1 can cream of mushroom soup(can be fat free)
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1-2 tsp. minced fresh garlic(I use more)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in skillet, if desired. Combine all ingredients and cover. Bake in oven for 3 hours @ 350. Or, may slow cook in crock pot for 5-7 hours. Pour over cooked egg noodles.
