Sauce ingredients:
½ C sugar
1 t dry mustard
1 T cornstarch
½ t salt
¼ C cider vinegar
¾ C. water

2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 lg potatoes
5 hardboiled eggs
½ onion, finely chopped (optional)
1 C mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
For the sauce, cook all ingredients over low heat until thick. Let it cool and add the mayo. Boil and peel potatoes. Dice them up.
Boil eggs and dice and add them to potatoes. Also add onion if you want.
Mix salad dressing with potatoes and stir. Add salt if needed.
*Beat the eggs a little more than slightly. Sauce takes a good 10-15 minutes to get to the thickness needed.
