Dough:

1 c. Flour
½ c. Butter, softened
3 oz. Cream cheese

Cheesecake Filling:

1 c. Powdered sugar
½ c. Chopped pistachio nuts
⅓c. Dried cranberries
1 Egg
½ tsp. Orange extract

Directions:
Directions:
For dough: Place dough hook on mixer and combine all ingredients until dough is formed

For Filling: In bowl, combine all ingredients for filling.

For Cookies: Divide dough into 24 pieces. Press dough in ungreased bottom and up side of a miniature muffin cups. Spoon filling in cups (3/4 full). Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until filling is set and crust a lightly brown. Cool 1 minute and then remove from pan
