4 Squares (4 oz) unsweetened chocolate
½ c. Shortening
2 c. Sugar
3 Eggs, beaten
2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Baking powder
¼ tsp. Salt
2/3 c. Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Place chocolate and shortening in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted. Cool 15 minutes.

Combine eggs, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and salt in large bowl. Add chocolate mixture. Gradually add flour until combined.

Cover and chill for 2 hours or until easy to handle.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar . Bake at 375 for 10 minutes
