1 Pkg. Refrigerated Pie Crust (2Crusts)
5 oz. Carmel Sauce
10 oz. Apple Pie Filling Pinch of Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Sugar
pinch of Nutmeg

Directions:

Bake at 350 F
Bake for 20-25 Minutes

* Allow crusts to warm sightly to make them easier to work with.
*In small bowl combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, and set aside.
* Dust lightly work area with flour and lightly roll out crusts.
* Chop apple pieces into smaller pieces.
* Cut crust into squares drop apple by teaspoons on to crust.
*Top with a drizzle of Carmel.
*Cut another square of crust to put on top, cut a slit in top crust. Use fork to crimp edges.
* Transfer to cookie sheet.
*Beat egg in small bowl. Brush egg mixture on top of cookie, sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Bake till golden brown….
